• ARE THE DESIGNS SHOWN HERE THE ONLY DESIGNS YOU SELL?
  The designs we show in our web page are the designs that we currenty manufacture. We have more stiles and models available, so if you would like to see more designs please contact us and we will be happy to assist you finding the design you are looking for.

• WHY YOU HAVE TWO TYPES OF PRODUCTS, BARGAIN AND HIGH DESIGN ARTISAN PRODUCTS?
  Because we are constantly developing and designing new products. When a product is designed and sold to different dealers and retailers, the product becomes common and copied, therefore it losses its design value over time. Once this happens we reclassify this product into our bargain selection, giving us the opportunity to develop new designs at an exclusive level and at a higher price, in order to pay for the designer work. We believe that by doing this we can attend the needs of any customer, weather being the customer looking for an exclusive high end product, or the customer that is looking for a bargain opportunity. We cover both worlds.

• WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DO NOT LIKE THE COPPER SINK?
  If you do not like your copper sink, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can return it within 5 days from receipt of your copper sink without any cost for you. So please open your copper sink as soon as you receive it in order to inspect it and approve it. If it arrives damaged, or if it simply is not what you expected, do not worry. We will gladly take it back. We know that sooner or later you will return with us, as we are confident we are the best source for copper sinks in the market. We only ask you to save your packing materials and repack it exactly as you received it in order to avoid damages on its return. We do reserve the right not to accept your returned copper sink if it is damaged, mishandled or if we find this to be an improper and unethical business practice.

• HOW DO I ORDER?
  Just simply visit the section copper sinks, we have an ecommerce site where you will be able to order online and browse through our different options of copper sinks for you. You may pay via credit card through our secure server. For delivery lead time please refer to shipping time as we have some products in stock and some other products may take two or three weeks for delivery.

• ARE YOUR PRICES RETAIL?
  Our prices have a wholesale level as we are factory direct manufacturers. However, we do not require wholesale purchases in order to provide these prices. We provide the regular retail price that you will find in the market next to each of our prices for your comparison and review.

• DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
  Yes we do sell wholesale. If you are planning on placing a larger order (above $5,000 USD), we can offer you even additional discounts, as with volume you are helping us reduce our costs and we are willing to pass on to you any possible saving we can bring to the table. • CAN YOU DO SPECIAL DESIGNS AND CUSTOM WORK?
  Yes, we can so any special designs you need and custom work. As we are the manufacturers, we have the flexibility to respond to any particular need you have in your product or project. Please visit custom work, for more information.
